  Great experience at Holiday Ford! The salesman (Iain Burns) and sales manager were friendly and easy to talk too and I'm very happy with my new car. The sales team went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this dealership .

  Priced out a truck. They wanted 63,000 for it until we stated we could get same truck in Toronto for 58,000. They said , obviously you have done your homework and immediately came down 5,000. In other words they can make a good profit off customers at Toronto pricing but those that don't compare get hosed an extra (in this case) $5,000. I wouldn't give them the opportunity of my business knowing he could have taken me for an extra $5,000.

  Our vehicle had two visits to Holiday Ford this week. One was an "emergency" as my windshield wiper flew off while driving. Ford fit us in right away and replaced the blade at a very reasonable cost. The second visit was a scheduled one to put on our snow tires - again, at a very reasonable cost. On the few occasions that we've needed the shuttle, service has been safe, friendly and efficient. We've been happy with the service and workmanship and continue to take our vehicles to Holiday Ford for maintenance and repairs.

  They obviously get away with this often enough that they are still practicing this type of selling tactic.
