  I love this place because it is 24/7 without charging any extras fees for this availability. You can always drop in and they are always happy to see you. They also follow up with you after every appointment.

  I understand the hours are extremely helpful but i rather travel to a different town or even take a day off work to take my pet to a different vet then to go to Jackson creek again

  I would like to thank the doctors and staff at Jackson Creek for all their kindness and support when we rushed our German Shepherd into emergency last week. He received immediate attention but he succumbed to his sickness. Thank you for your kind words, sympathy and compassion in our time of loss.

  One of my Guinea pigs fell pregnant as a result of the vets enormous misdiagnosis that one of my pigs was female when he was male. She ended up passing away this morning due to complications from a pregnancy that should never have occurred. Had the vet actually paid attention my guinea pig would still be alive today and wouldn’t have had to suffer. I was forced to put her to sleep today and the attending vet had very poor bedside manner and even joked with me while I was crying that my pig had to be put to sleep. Unprofessional, uncaring and inappropriate. Will be finding a new vet.

  I have so many horror stories about this place. The vets REALLY don't know what they are doing cost me so much money because they didn't know what they were doing.

  The only Veternarian I would recommend is dr Jodi Thompson. She is great with my pets (cat and dog) during the good times and the bad. Yet the reception staff is why I rated this 2 out of 5, based on the lack of information that I wasn’t told that my dogs follow up appointment after spending $70 on her initial visit was going to cost me an additional $55! If I was informed of this prior to the appointment I wouldn’t have scheduled another follow up. I don’t have $60 just to be told my dog is doing better.

  and on top of that the owner is so rude. Just a heads up I know your job is to help the animals but part of your job is also customer service as you are talking to the humans so being rude isn't going to help your business so put a smile on your face and bite your tongue if you have to!

  Very Frustrated! I brought my guinea pigs to this vet to get them a check up 2 months ago. I asked the vet to confirm that both guinea pigs were girls. The vet checked and confirmed that they were both girls. I discovered last night that one of my pigs is male and now I could potentially be facing unwanted pregnancies.
